Handling Criticism

God is my judge, not anyone else, so reacting to the judgments of other people is unnecessary. The best reaction is one of love, understanding and respect. Do not allow people's criticism effect you emotionally, for their words are not the ones that can pierce my soul. No, they don't know my heart or my life or why I do the things I do or say the things I say. But I should not be surprised, because all those things are true.

Don't pass judgment on others, otherwise you'll be no better than they are. God knows and sees all and there is no way I can know everything in a person's life or know what influences what they say or do. It's not my place, and it serves no purpose.

The only purpose I have, is to love. So do that. :)
